UX Designer responsible for shaping intuitive user experiences for a high-traffic B2B platform, leading user research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research initiatives, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and observation to uncover user needs and behaviors
- Create user flows, journey maps, and information architectures to identify pain points and optimize experiences
- Design and prototype wireframes and low- to mid-fidelity prototypes for validation and testing
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and measure improvements
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to translate insights into actionable product requirements
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on findings to enhance user satisfaction
- Document and present research findings, user personas, and design recommendations to stakeholders
- Explore and implement emerging tools and methodologies to improve UX workflows and research capabilities
Requirements
- 2+ years of UX design experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, Psychology, Design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX research, user-centered design, and measurable outcomes
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, or Adobe XD
- Skilled in user research methods, usability testing, user journey mapping, and data analysis
- Strong communication skills to engage with end users and present findings effectively
- Ability to balance multiple research initiatives and adapt methodologies to different user groups
