Contribute to the design of ADAS feature interfaces and drive the unification of visual language across projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user experiences that are simple, seamless, and safe.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of ADAS feature interfaces, flows, and interaction models from concept to mass production
- Drive the unification of visual language across projects, and contribute to the evolution of team systems and processes
- Translate system-level complexity into clear, familiar, user-experiences across the cockpit through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs
- Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders, balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
- Collaborate with a cross-functional network of design, engineering, and management stakeholders
- Drive user-centered methodologies in a technically constrained, safety-critical environment that ships at global scale
- Develop and maintain comprehensive UI design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries
- Mentor and guide junior designers, and help develop a highly collaborative, ego-free design culture
Requirements
- 5+ years of design experience (ideally in automotive or mobility space)
- Comfortable with both the vision and the details
- A strong portfolio showing end-to-end design process, including shipped products
- A strong understanding of interaction design, inclusive design, and accessibility
- Experience with Figma, Protopie or prototyping equivalent (knowledge of 3D tools and workflows a bonus)
- Strong communicator able to build trust with engineers, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners
- Comfortable navigating multi-cultural environments
- A deep listener that can translate research insights into meaningful user experiences
- Must have a growth mindset and a collaborative work style
