Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications while leveraging AI-powered design tools. Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centric design solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and testing.
- Conduct user research and usability testing, incorporating AI for rapid insights when appropriate.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to translate requirements into user-centric design solutions.
- Stay ahead of AI design trends and recommend tools/process improvements to the team.
- Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability in design solutions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design (portfolio required).
- Proficiency in Figma (including AI features), Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, design systems, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
