Part-Time Graphic Designer

The part-time graphic designer will assist with the design and production of college and extension print and digital materials. The position reports to the art director and requires handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist with design and production of college and extension print and digital materials.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of design and typography best practices, digital and print production processes, and social media trends.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and Figma on macOS proficiently.
- Demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Handle multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with building accessibility into and/or remediating digital documents is a plus.
Requirements
- Thorough understanding of design and typography best practices, digital and print production processes, social media trends.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft 365, and Figma on macOS.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with building accessibility into and/or remediating digital documents is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in print and digital design and production, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
