Senior Graphic designer

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for producing and delivering visual solutions for various corporate communications. This includes managing design projects from inception to completion and maintaining brand standards across all materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage design projects from inception to completion
• Maintaining and updating existing website content as well as adding new content and creating campaign landing pages as needed
• Layout and production of marketing collateral based on brand standards
• Offer design improvements and feedback via peer reviews
• Help develop process enhancements and best practices for team
• Responsible for sharing technical skills with rest of team
• Onboard and mentor new and existing designers/marketers on the team
• Other duties as assigned, including backup for other designers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
• Expert level experience with Adobe Creative Suite—particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
• Must display enhanced technical skills in Adobe products or other relevant technologies (example: Adobe XD/Figma)
• Experience using Drupal or WordPress content management systems
• Experience using Hubspot, Marketo, or Pardot or a similar marketing automation tool
• An understanding of HTML/CSS
• Ability to work well individually as well as collaboratively with a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
• Ability to work both in a creative environment as well as a structured, process-driven one
• Must be able to receive and incorporate project feedback from manager and team
• Ability to work with various print and online media
