The role involves designing and delivering content across various channels including digital, social, video, email, web, and print. The designer will support the rollout of campaigns and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver content across digital, social, video, email, web and print
- Create animated GIFs, reels, short videos and motion content for social and retail
- Support the rollout of campaigns, promotions and product launches
- Design POS, in-salon screens, packaging, website banners and digital ads
- Work with the Senior Creative Lead to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Contribute to concept development and brainstorms for campaigns and content
- Help manage our Canva Teams setup and contribute to smart, scalable design systems
- Stay up to date with design trends and digital content formats
- Bring fresh thinking, efficiency and energy to the creative process
Requirements
- 2–4 years’ experience in a similar digital design or content creation role
- A strong portfolio that showcases digital, social and motion work
- Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop & After Effects)
- Video editing and GIF/animation creation skills
- A love for brand storytelling through visuals
- Attention to detail, and the ability to design within guidelines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment
- Great communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Experience in retail, beauty or lifestyle brands preferred
- Familiarity with Meta and TikTok content formats and specs a bonus
Key Skills
