Graphic Designer (AU)

The Graphic Designer will design and develop print and digital collateral, including brochures, presentations, and social media assets. They will also maintain the company website and manage social media scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop print and digital collateral, including brochures, expo booths, presentations, social media and web assets, and infographics
• Maintain and update the DroneShield website, as well as manage the scheduling of social media posts and press releases
• Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, while maintaining a high standard of quality
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail across all creative outputs
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, be responsive, and communicate effectively to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Manage and prioritise ad-hoc design requests from executive leadership, with flexibility and responsiveness

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, ideally within a technology, defence or related industry
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related discipline
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or equivalent video editing software)
• Proven experience creating polished presentations in PowerPoint
• Strong visual communication, conceptual thinking, typography, and layout skills
• Excellent written communication skills and proficiency in proofreading marketing material and social media posts
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
• Experience using website content management systems and digital marketing tools, such as Hootsuite, HubSpot and Mailchimp
