Senior Graphic Designer at Presence, a teletherapy solutions provider, responsible for creating marketing materials and managing brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Design a broad spectrum of marketing materials (digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, website assets, presentations, brochures, event collateral, etc.) ensuring brand consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, People, and Operations teams to translate business objectives into compelling visual solutions
- Manage multiple design projects from concept through completion, adhering to tight deadlines and ensuring final deliverables meet quality standards
- Work closely with the Creative Director and VP of Marketing on refining, documenting, and managing brand guidelines, visual systems, template libraries, and a digital asset management platform (DAM)
Requirements
- 8+ years of dedicated professional experience in marketing design, preferably in a fast-paced B2B environment
- Experience spanning both agency and in-house roles is highly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Figma or other UI/UX design tools is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to go beyond following instructions; you must be able to contribute strategically to campaign planning and translate abstract ideas into clear, results-driven visuals
- Demonstrated expertise in presentation design (Google Slides, Powerpoint) with an ability to create visually compelling and editable templates
- Solid understanding of marketing, UI/UX, and communication best practices
- Proactive, self-starter attitude with a clear drive and potential to take on greater leadership and strategic responsibilities
- Experience with video editing and motion graphics (bonus skill)
- Familiarity with WCAG standards (bonus skill)
- Copywriting skills (bonus skill)
