TQG seeks a User Interface Designer to lead the design of cloud and mobile platforms, focusing on creating visually stunning and functional interfaces for locker management and consumer-facing applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design clean, modern, and responsive UI layouts for both web and mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, software engineers, and product managers to bring product requirements to life.
  • Develop and maintain a unified design system and component library.
  • Translate wireframes and concepts into high-fidelity visuals and interactive prototypes (Figma).
  • Ensure all designs are optimized for performance, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness.
  • Conduct user interface testing and incorporate feedback to refine the product experience.
  • Work with developers to ensure design accuracy during implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience designing web and mobile interfaces.
  • Expertise in Figma.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, layout grids, and mobile design patterns.
  • Experience working with React, HTML/CSS, or similar front-end frameworks (a plus).
  • Strong visual design skills with a portfolio demonstrating creative and functional UI work.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Passion for innovation and creating intuitive digital experiences.
