The Sr UX Product Designer will analyze research findings to optimize user experiences across digital properties. They will collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape products that meet user needs and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Analyze research findings and recommendations to plan and deliver Use Cases, User Journeys, User Flow Diagrams, Navigation Structures and Information Architecture
- Shape products that advocate for user needs, delivers on business requirements, and contributes to a best-in-class seamless user experience throughout product discovery and development
- Design for browsers, responsive web, native apps, smart watches, kiosks, web-connected health monitoring devices and other consumer and health interfaces and systems
- Create and deliver Storyboards, Wireframes, Interface Modules and Pages, Prototypes and Design Specifications
- Evaluate designs according to project specific and enterprise standard metrics
- Understand and design to meet WCAG 2.0 AA Accessibility Standard
- Collaborate with the Experience Design team to maintain, grow, implement and refine Mayo Clinic's Digital Design Language
- Facilitate Design Workshops and synthesizes divergent ideas into a cohesive Design Proposals
- Provide oversight of vendors that assist with Experience Design scope of work
