Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, you will translate complex business needs into user-centric designs and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will also conduct user research and facilitate design workshops to drive design excellence.
Responsibilities
- Translate complex business needs and user insights into wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and production-ready assets
- Apply and contribute to design systems to ensure consistency across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct and synthesize user research to uncover needs, pain points, and motivations
- Facilitate design thinking workshops to guide teams from ideation to prototyping
- Create interactive prototypes using advanced Figma features
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and stakeholder teams
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for layout, prototyping, and design system management
- Strong visual design portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and data-centric interface design
- Experience synthesizing information and data into clear, actionable visual representations
Key Skills
- Experience designing enterprise software or media-related products
- Background in branding and graphic design across digital and non-digital media
- Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
- User-centered mindset with a passion for advocacy through design
- Strong communication skills across visual, verbal, and written formats
- Analytical thinking with the ability to extract insights from research and data
- Comfortable working independently and navigating ambiguity
