You will lead the direction of mortgages at Georgi, implementing both minor improvements and significant end-to-end changes. Collaborate with UX designers to set goals, identify client needs, and refine business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Set design goals and client needs
- Test, research, and measure to create specific design solutions
- Collaborate across teams including development, legal, marketing, and product
- Influence product strategy and design processes
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product or UX design
- Ability to navigate the entire design process from discovery to back-testing
- Proactive and collaborative
- Familiarity with Jira, Figma, and AI tools
