Design exceptional end-to-end product experiences across various platforms while collaborating with a diverse team. Conduct user research and apply data-driven insights to enhance usability and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Design exceptional end-to-end product experiences across multiple environments, including web applications, chatbots, and native mobile apps.
- Collaborate with UX Researchers, UI Designers, and Developers to create scalable design systems that ensure consistency and usability.
- Develop and maintain Figma-based design libraries using features like variants, tokens, and auto-layouts to optimize scalability and structure.
- Define visual languages, interfaces, and design patterns that bring clarity, simplicity, and functionality to complex systems.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and apply data-driven insights to improve usability and user satisfaction.
- Present design concepts and project progress clearly to team members, stakeholders, and clients, adapting communication style as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture where experimentation and continuous improvement are encouraged.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of professional design experience, including at least 2 years in product design.
- Proven ability to design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI components in Figma.
- Strong understanding of scalable design systems, visual hierarchy, and responsive layouts.
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Notion, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging user research and market data to guide design decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized, self-driven, and accountable, capable of managing multiple projects in a remote setting.
