Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless user flows. Maintain and expand the Design System while participating in iterative improvements to deliver high-impact work efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences, from ideation through prototyping, testing, and production
- Design clean, intuitive web interfaces that simplify complex workflows for users
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure seamless user flows and feature implementation
- Maintain and expand the Design System to promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the platform
- Participate in iterative improvements, balancing speed and quality to deliver high-impact work efficiently
- Provide design input and guidance to support key product decisions and enhancements
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer
- Strong UX thinking, visual design skills, and effective written communication
- Deeply user-focused with empathy and clarity in design
- Problem-solving mindset with initiative to drive projects to completion
- Proactive, self-motivated, and collaborative by nature
- Proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, and design systems
