A Senior Product Designer is sought to lead the creation of user-centered digital experiences across core product areas, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences, from discovery and low-fidelity exploration to high-fidelity, dev-ready execution
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand needs and validate design decisions
- Translate insights into clear, usable, and visually appealing solutions across multiple states, edge cases, and accessibility requirements
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define problems and implement solutions effectively
- Prototype and test concepts rapidly, iterating based on feedback and data
- Contribute to and maintain a comprehensive design system, ensuring reusable, accessible, and well-documented patterns
- Actively participate in team critiques, provide constructive feedback, and help elevate design quality across the organization
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered problem solving and high-quality craft
- Proven experience designing and shipping digital products in cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Figma, including component libraries, prototyping, and design tokens
- Strong visual and interaction design skills with an eye for detail and polish
- Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly presenting design decisions and rationale
- Curiosity, empathy, and a focus on improving user outcomes through thoughtful design
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
