Team Sparq seeks a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead user research and design innovative interfaces, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and guide web optimization efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead user research and design innovative user interfaces for clients and end-users
- Collaborate with account, creative, and technology teams to define and document digital solutions
- Strategically guide web optimization efforts
- Exhibit strong visual design leadership
- Develop and document solutions through diagrams, site maps, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Facilitate effective communication with Product Ownership and Development teams
- Integrate UX processes with Agile Methodologies
- Stay ahead of new trends in visual design and information architecture
