Graphic Designer/Senior Graphic Designer

The role involves studying design briefs, determining requirements, and delivering process-specific outputs while maintaining high quality standards. The individual will work independently with minimal supervision and complete required process trainings.
Responsibilities
- Study design briefs and determine requirements, prepare, and deliver process specific output and meet the operational targets set for the team
- Maintain high quality standards in the output as defined by the process and customer requirements
- Adhere to the learning phase timelines for industry and process knowledge requirements
- Complete required/undergo process trainings
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- Any bachelor’s degree (Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus)
- 2 years of proven Graphic Designing experience
- Working Knowledge of design software’s such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
- Working knowledge of Figma will be an added advantage
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
