Hybrid Contract Junior–mid Level

A contract UX Researcher position for a growing SaaS business in Manchester, focusing on user research and insights for a B2B2C platform.

Supporting user research across projects — from planning sessions to analysing results
Conducting qualitative research such as user interviews, usability testing, and surveys
Turning findings into clear insights and recommendations that help guide design decisions
Collaborating closely with designers and product managers to ensure user needs are at the heart of decisions
Presenting your findings and ideas clearly to the wider product and design teams
Helping to continuously improve research processes and share learnings across the team

Experience in a UX Research or related user-centred role (agency or in-house)
Hands-on experience with qualitative research methods: usability testing, interviews, or journey mapping
Strong communication skills
A naturally curious mindset
Comfortable working collaboratively in a hybrid team environment
