UI Designer (Contract)

Riot China is seeking an Interaction Designer to enhance the user experience of their in-game products through innovative design and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for project core user experience, interaction processes, and interface design, continuously improving the overall interaction level of the product
• Lead the conception, design, and iteration of interaction prototypes, ensuring smooth player operations and expansion of playability space
• Systematically organize and optimize interaction experiences based on product goals and player needs, promoting the implementation of innovative solutions
• Collaborate closely with planners, artists, programmers, and other teams to ensure efficient realization of interaction design and alignment with product core experience
• Continuously optimize and iterate interaction schemes based on data analysis and user feedback, improving core experience metrics
• Monitor industry trends and competitor dynamics,沉淀 and output interaction innovation points, driving experience breakthroughs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, 2+ years of interaction design experience
• Experience in game, digital entertainment, or system product interaction is preferred
• Proficient in mainstream design and prototyping tools
• Solid foundation in user experience and interaction design theory
• Systematic thinking and innovation capabilities
• Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills
• Data-driven experience optimization ability
• Ability to write or read English design documents (bonus)

Key Skills

• Unreal Engine 5 (UE5) project experience or related tool development experience (bonus)
• Experience in multiplayer online games, MOBA, sandbox, or large system interaction architecture
• Familiarity with the League of Legends IP, international, and multicultural project experience (bonus)
