Sr. UX Designer- Marketing

UX Designer at Esri to lead design plans, gather requirements, and deliver user-centered design solutions for Esri.com.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with teammates, web strategists, project managers, researchers, and business stakeholders to gather scope and requirements
• Communicating and presenting complex information using clear presentation techniques
• Distilling complex problems into refined solutions using user flows, wireframes, and interaction design
• Applying best practices of diagramming, customer journey mapping, and service design
• Delivering evidence-driven analysis using AEM analytics dashboards
• Helping establish and monitor design metrics
• Coaching and mentoring associate designers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX, research, and interaction design, preferably in B2B technology
• Experience leading high-impact design programs
• Expert knowledge of web analytics tools and design tools (Figma, Airtable, Adobe Creative Cloud, Mouseflow)
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of working with CRO and SEO specialists
• Bachelor's degree in human-computer interaction, UX, interaction design, applied social science, or related field
