Senior UX Designer

UX Designer to create end-to-end UX designs, conduct research, and work with a design system in a fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end UX design from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes.
• Design complex user flows.
• Conduct user tests and synthesize research materials.
• Work with a design system using Figma libraries.
• Coordinate with the product team, including PM/POs.
• Manage multiple features across different product cycles.
• Prepare detailed specifications and annotated screenflows for developers.
• Ensure design QA and support during and after development.
• Fine-tune UI from existing design systems.
• Apply WCAG guidelines and inclusive design practices.
• Ensure visual consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product-UX experience, ideally in fintech, banking, or financial services.
• Figma power user with knowledge of components, auto layout, variants, prototyping, and dev mode.
• Mobile expertise with knowledge of iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design.
• Research background with qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Analytical thinking with experience in interpreting analytics data.
• Collaborative design skills with experience in design reviews and stakeholder management.
• Design system thinking with knowledge of component libraries and design tokens.
