The UI-UX Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, developing user flows and wireframes. They will create high-fidelity mockups and prototypes, conduct user research, and ensure designs are accessible and user-friendly.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and developing user flows and wireframes to support these objectives
- Creating high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that clearly communicate the functionality and aesthetic of the product
- Conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and ensure a seamless user experience
- Developing and maintaining a consistent visual design language and style guide for the product
- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques, and incorporating them into your work
- Ensuring that the final design is accessible and meets the needs of users with disabilities
Requirements
- Bachelors Information Technology/ Graphic Design/ Web Design/ Visual Communication
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD required
- User experience (UX) design principles and user-centered design approach preferred
- Knowledge of current design trends and best practices required
- Knowledge of user research and testing methods preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience required
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams preferred
- Critical thinking, problem solving, adaptability, communication, empathy, creativity, time management, open-mindedness, leadership
- English: Ability to understand written and spoken English at an advanced level
