Design and optimize user experiences across all platforms, ensuring intuitive interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective design solutions and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype wireframes and interactive prototypes.
- Support thorough user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including researchers, developers, and product managers.
- Ensure designs comply with usability and accessibility standards.
- Create and maintain comprehensive design documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of interaction/product design experience across a variety of digital media.
- Strong portfolio of design and UX work.
- Track record of leading substantial design projects.
- Comfortable in an executive-facing role.
- Experience in concept ideation, design strategy, and digital prototyping.
- Comfortable with graphic design and interactive tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI tools.
- Knowledge or expertise in visual design, machine learning, mobile applications, web applications, messaging interfaces, illustration, video/film production.
- Well-versed in user-centered methodologies and design thinking.
