Lead the design and execution of usability research studies to validate prototypes and transform user feedback into actionable insights. Collaborate with Product Owners and Senior Designers to ensure alignment with business outcomes and UX KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of usability research studies for prototypes.
  • Rapidly synthesize research findings and translate them into design requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Senior Designers to define research goals.
  • Design user flows and conceptual wireframes based on research findings.
  • Own the validation phase of the Dual-Track Agile process.
  • Create and maintain a repository of research artifacts.
  • Advocate for the user by communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Work with the organization's Design System by providing validation on component usability.
  • Stay up to date with modern research methodologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Ideally 3-5 years of experience in UX design with a focus on user research and validation.
  • Expert proficiency in designing and leading usability research studies.
  • Deep understanding of UX KPIs and their relation to validating design assumptions.
  • Proficient with Figma for modifying prototypes.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience in fast-paced, Agile or Dual-Track Agile environments.
  • Strong critical and design thinking skills.
  • Lifelong learner with a curiosity about user behavior.
