Lead end-to-end digital design processes by integrating user insights and quantitative analytics to create innovative solutions. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with brand, user needs, and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end digital design processes by integrating user insights and quantitative analytics to create innovative solutions and understand user journeys across channels
- Transform concepts into disruptive designs that embody effortless luxury and drive sales growth across 40+ markets
- Conduct thorough research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points; develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement
- Work closely with product managers and engineers to define requirements and ensure design feasibility, creating cohesive, responsive solutions for a consistent user experience
- Organize qualitative user testing and A/B testing to refine designs; champion the design system for consistency and collaboration among peers
- Keep up with design trends, tools, and technologies, recommending their integration to foster innovation and relevance
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior and mid product designers: Fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement in areas such as persona development, targeting strategies, and advanced data analysis
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in digital product design, with strong experience in Native Apps (iOS and Android)
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates a strategic impact, leadership in design thinking, and the ability to deliver complex design solutions
- Demonstrated ability to advocate for design within the organization, influencing product strategy and aligning with business goals
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration software platforms, like Jira and Confluence
- Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first approaches
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for presenting and discussing design decisions
- Experience in Agile environments and collaborating with diverse teams
- Ability to understand requirements and design complete user experiences
- Expert knowledge in user-centered design principles, UX/UI best practices, testing methodologies, accessibility standards, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Material Designs
