The UX Designer will work on multiple products in cross-functional teams, defining user flows and conducting user research to inform design decisions. They will also manage stakeholder requirements and facilitate workshops to align on business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Work on multiple products in cross-functional teams with designers, developers, and product managers
- Define user flows in the form of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for ESTL products
- Conduct user research to understand the needs and challenges to make informed design decisions
- Organise user testing sessions to validate designs and gather valuable insights
- Contribute to and make use of the evolving design system to ensure consistency and scalability across ESTL products
- Manage stakeholder requirements and incorporate them into the product design
- Create and provide design specifications and assets to ensure accurate implementation of designs by development teams
- Facilitate kick-off workshops to define objectives, gather requirements, and align on business perspectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience as a UI UX designer
- Experience in building digital products with end-to-end delivery involvement
- Good communication skills to justify design rationale to stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively with engineers, business analysts, and product owners
- Good problem-solving skills, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Strong design skills and proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail and other design tools
- Experience in using design systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and consistency
- Strong design portfolio that demonstrates experience
- Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
