Lead the design of user-centered product experiences across trading platforms, mobile apps, and web interfaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize user journeys and ensure exceptional usability.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end product design strategy and UX execution across ThinkMarkets’ trading platforms (mobile, web, and desktop).
- Lead design strategy, wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that optimize user journeys.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, marketing, and content teams to translate business needs into elegant solutions.
- Conduct and integrate user research, analytics, and qualitative feedback to iterate and improve product designs.
- Oversee design systems and asset libraries, ensuring consistency across platforms and touchpoints.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to building a high-performance design culture.
- Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and technologies, applying best practices to elevate ThinkMarkets’ product experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5+ years’ experience as a Product Designer or Senior UI/UX Designer, ideally in fintech, trading, or financial services
- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic product thinking, user-centered design, and problem-solving
- Desire to experiment and learn with AI based design frameworks for mobile applications
- Expertise with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Development, Marketing, Content)
- Proven ability to deliver in a fast-paced, iterative environment balancing user needs and business goals
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities
- Proven experience designing for trading, investing, or financial platforms (e.g. stocks, futures, crypto)
- Experience with micro-interactions, animation, and advanced prototyping
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and design sprints
Key Skills
