UX Researcher Intern

Saviynt is seeking a UX Research Intern to gain hands-on experience in user experience research and contribute to the development of UX research strategies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct moderated usability tests
• Analyze user data from third-party tools
• Assist the Senior UX Researcher in developing and implementing UX strategies
• Collaborate with internal product managers and UX designers
• Help prepare and present research findings and recommendations
• Support various UX research activities
• Maintain detailed documentation of research methodologies, findings, and recommendations

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Psychology, Design, or a related field
• Basic understanding of UX research methods and usability testing
• Proficiency in using UX research tools and software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
