UX/UI Designer (all genders)

Hubject is seeking a UI/UX Designer to translate complex B2B workflows into intuitive user experiences, focusing on visual consistency and user research in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Map and simplify complex workflows into intuitive user journeys
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and design deliverables aligned with product vision
• Plan and conduct user research (e.g. interviews, usability testing) and synthesise insights
• Build and maintain prototypes and design consistency in Figma, contributing to our design system
• Prepare developer-ready specifications and support design-to-development handoff
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and stakeholders in agile teams
• Present and communicate design rationale clearly to team and leadership

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of UX/UI design experience (or equivalent project work), with a strong UX focus
• Skilled in Figma, including working with and contributing to design systems
• Demonstrated ability to conduct user research and turn insights into actionable design solutions
• Strong knowledge of visual design fundamentals and attention to UI detail
• Experience simplifying complex B2B workflows into clear user experiences
• Collaborative, structured, and proactive work style with good communication skills
• Interest in eMobility, automotive, or technical industries (or motivation to grow into this space)
