Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will work with product managers to enhance the user experience of Fortinet applications. Responsibilities include creating mock-ups and graphics for product design and improving product usability based on feedback.
Responsibilities
- Ability to create designs of various fidelity from highly polished design prototypes, mockups, and other communication artifacts.
- Work closely and constructively with product management, visual designers, and engineers to iterate and deliver flawlessly.
- Find new ways to improve product usability.
- Monitor and respond to application feedback and feature requests.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of both Fortinet and competitor products, and leverage that to simplify application design.
Requirements
- Interest in or hands-on Computer Networks & Cyber Security.
- Resume must include a link to an impressive portfolio.
- 3 - 5 years of UX/UI design experience, ideally with a few years of platform experience.
- Be creative, analytical, and curious in resolving complex UI issues.
- Deep understanding of the principles of UX and visual design, as well as standard design tools.
- Extensive experience in utilizing user-centered design process, as well as conducting user research, usability testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, and accessibility concerns.
- Experience with modern design & prototyping software (such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma).
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and adapt to changing environments.
- Solid communication skills and good team player.
- A bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, HCI, or equivalent experience.
