The Senior Graphic Designer will plan, design, and execute complex campaigns and high-profile projects from concept to completion. This role involves providing creative supervision to designers and artists while maintaining brand standards and communicating project status to clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and execute complex campaigns and high-profile projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with corporate and client expectations while adhering to budgets and deadlines
- Assist Creative Management in managing daily workloads and resolving design, timeline, or production issues
- Provide creative supervision to Designers and Artists, proactively anticipating and addressing creative challenges
- Maintain property brand standards by ensuring that design needs are met while communicating project status and delivery information to clients and internal teams
- Train and educate employees on design techniques and print capabilities, while staying updated on design trends and generating high-quality comps for presentations or reviews
Requirements
- Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and applicable design platforms
- Advanced understanding of composition, layout, color theory, and typography
- Must possess a High School Diploma or GED
- 2+ years of prior relevant experience in design, whether in an agency, in-house, or freelance
- Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Experience designing for the gaming industry is preferred
