The Graphic Designer will develop print and digital materials to market commercial properties and support broker pursuits. This role involves collaborating with team members to create effective visual solutions while adhering to brand guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Design a wide range of marketing materials including property flyers, brochures, offering memorandums, tour books, pitch decks, signage, social graphics, and email templates.
- Collaborate closely with brokers and local marketing team members to understand project goals and translate them into effective visual solutions.
- Ensure that all creative output aligns with Stream’s brand guidelines while allowing for local customization.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining high standards of quality.
- Prepare and package files for print and digital production.
- Retouch and enhance photos for use in marketing collateral.
- Maintain and organize project files, design assets, and templates in accordance with local and national best practices.
- Stay current on design trends and production techniques to continuously improve work quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional design experience, preferably in a fast-paced agency, in-house, or commercial real estate environment.
- Portfolio demonstrating a variety of print and digital design work.
- Interest in commercial real estate, architecture, or urban development is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a high-performance marketing team.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong attention to detail, especially in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Ability to work efficiently, take direction, and collaborate in a team environment.
- Experience preparing print-ready files and working with print vendors.
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A customer-service mindset and eagerness to support internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PowerPoint, email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), and Canva is a plus.
