Lead design across seller experiences end-to-end, exploring, prototyping, and delivering solutions from early concepts to polished UI and specifications. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to shape seller-facing products and support high-volume sellers in managing and growing their shops.
Responsibilities
- Lead design across seller experiences end-to-end — exploring, prototyping, and delivering solutions from early concepts to polished UI and specifications
- Balance multiple projects, ensuring strong execution while tying your work to broader product strategy
- Partner with product, engineering, and research to shape priorities, align stakeholders, and rally teams around a clear vision
- Champion seller needs while balancing Depop’s goals — using data and market insight to identify opportunities, test solutions, and deliver impact
- Mentor peers, share expertise, and contribute to a positive, collaborative design culture
- Apply advanced design skills across mobile and web, raising the quality bar and evolving our team practices
Requirements
- Strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful UX and UI design across mobile and web
- Experience leading end-to-end product design processes, from research synthesis to prototyping and delivery
- Skilled in Figma and proficient with prototyping tools
- Ability to translate research and insights into clear, compelling design decisions
- Confident in presenting work and influencing stakeholders with compelling but structured, evidence-based arguments
