The role involves creating prototypes and designing user-friendly solutions while building and maintaining a comprehensive Design System. Additionally, the designer will analyze usability and business metrics to identify pain points and recommend improvements to enhance the user experience.
Responsibilities
- Create prototypes and design final, user-friendly solutions
- Help build and maintain our comprehensive Design System
- Proactively analyze usability and business metrics to identify pain points and recommend data-driven opportunities to continuously enhance the user experience
- Develop and maintain our Design System to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across multiple platforms
- Ability to think systemically and identify opportunities for improvement within products and processes
Requirements
- Experience in contributing to or maintaining a Design System
- Experience working in a large-scale organization, particularly within the e-commerce or retail sectors
- Experience with other design and prototyping tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus
- Experience conducting various forms of user research (e.g., usability testing, A/B testing, user interviews)
