Pattern is seeking a UX Designer to join their Operations Division, focusing on building software for warehouse management and ecommerce acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Create experiences using our in-house design system
- Design innovative user interactions for core business workflows
- Tell the story with outstanding spoken and written communication
- Define, document, and present software requirements
- Collaborate closely with our product and development teams
- Ensure continuity and quality of the product experience
- Gain expert understanding of worldwide ecommerce marketplaces
- Stay informed on the competitive space
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, Visual Design, Industrial Design, Psychology, or other related degree
- Experience with UX related responsibilities
- Basic understanding of Figma (if you've used Sketch or any other design platform, you'll pick it up in no time)

- Ownership of projects and follow-through to completion
- Clear communication of questions or concerns
- Initiative to understand and tackle challenges
