As a UI/UX Designer, you'll shape the user experience of our software by creating high-quality designs and collaborating with product managers and developers.
Responsibilities
- Develop high quality user interface designs that prioritize usability and user engagement
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to understand user needs and translate them into functional and visually appealing designs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas effectively
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all elements of the user interface, including layout, typography, color, and iconography
- Present ideas effectively and handle feedback constructively
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design and incorporate them into our design process
- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI design work
- Proficiency in Figma for design creation and collaboration
- Ability to create responsive designs that work seamlessly across various devices and screen sizes
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is considered a strong plus
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
- Effective presentation skills to communicate design ideas and handle feedback constructively
- Collaboration and teamwork skills for effective communication with product managers, developers, and other team members
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences
- Open to feedback and willing to iterate on designs based on user input and usability testing
