As a Senior Product Designer, you will take end-to-end ownership of the design process, collaborating with various teams to shape product direction and quality. You will translate complex financial concepts into clear, usable digital experiences while raising the bar for craft and quality.
Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of the design process, collaborating with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content designers.
- Frame problems, explore ideas, prototype solutions, and refine user-centred experiences.
- Raise the bar for craft and quality across visual design, interaction, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to define problems, scope solutions, and iterate quickly.
- Use modern tools and techniques to explore possibilities, communicate ideas, and validate concepts.
- Champion user needs while balancing business goals and strategic impact.
- Contribute to building a culture of curiosity, excellence, and thoughtful design.
