Influence strategy for the product team and identify opportunities for impact in collaboration with stakeholders. Craft high-fidelity user interfaces and lead vision initiatives for the team and domain.
Responsibilities
- Influence strategy for the product team, identifying opportunities for impact.
- Apply research methodology to empathise with customer challenges.
- Leverage AI prototyping for conceptual ideas and functional flows.
- Craft high-fidelity user interfaces with interaction design maturity.
- Lead vision initiatives for the team and domain.
- Solve problems holistically with systems-thinking.
- Communicate persuasively and weave storytelling narratives around work.
- Collaborate transparently and share work with the wider organization.
- Advocate usage of the design system Norma.
- Champion experience principles ensuring simplicity, usability, scalability, and accessibility.
- Be an active member of the cross-functional culture.
Requirements
- Impressive portfolio of product design work demonstrating maturity across the end-to-end design process.
- Persuasive communication skills with fluent written and spoken English.
- Systems thinking and ability to autonomously take ownership of design for complex domains.
- Effective cross-functional collaboration with product and engineering counterparts.
- Preference for experience designing complex B2B SaaS solutions for industries like HRTech, FinTech.
