Lead end-to-end user research to uncover real needs and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Collaborate with the Product Director to define priorities and validate ideas through lean experiments.
Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end user research: discovery interviews, usability testing, surveys, diary studies
- Turning messy insights into clear themes, frameworks, and actionable recommendations
- Partnering closely with the Product Director to define priorities and ensure decisions are backed by evidence
- Running lean experiments to validate ideas quickly
- Sharing findings with clarity, bringing the voice of the user into every squad conversation
- Supporting with design artefacts (flows, wireframes, prototypes) where needed
Requirements
- Strong background in UX/Product Research
- Experience planning and running a wide range of qualitative and quantitative studies
- A track record of turning research into insights that drive real product decisions
- Confidence in working autonomously and bringing the squad along on the journey
- Comfortable working lean
