Standard Template Labs is seeking a UX Designer to craft intuitive AI-first user experiences for enterprise-grade software.
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, AI-first user experiences that balance automation with user control
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and design leadership to shape workflows that leverage LLMs and intelligent systems
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design flows for enterprise-grade software with consumer-grade usability
- Conduct user research and translate findings into design decisions
- Define design systems and patterns for AI-driven interactions (prompts, conversational flows, adaptive UI)
- Push the boundaries of what “good UX” means in an AI-native context
Requirements
- 3–6 years of UX/product design experience (startup, SaaS, or enterprise software a plus)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating interaction design and system thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools (Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, etc.)
- Extensive experience in using AI products
- Comfortable with rapid iteration in a fast-paced, high-velocity startup environment
