UI/UX Designer (Night Shift)

Design end-to-end digital experiences across web and mobile platforms while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Participate in user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and maintain the design system.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end digital experiences across web and mobile platforms with a focus on usability, accessibility, and design consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs.
- Participate in user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Translate business requirements and technical constraints into elegant and functional design solutions.
- Contribute to and maintain the design system ensuring alignment across the product ecosystem.
- Apply data insights and user feedback to continuously refine and improve designs.
- Present design work and rationale clearly to stakeholders and collaborate closely with developers for seamless implementation.
- Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance the team’s creative process.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX or digital product design roles.
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and a thoughtful UX process with measurable impact.
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with tools such as Adobe tools, Spline 3D, Framer, and Webflow.
- Understanding of interaction design, user research, information architecture, and accessibility principles.
- Experience collaborating within Agile product teams or fast-paced digital environments.
- Solid grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, grid systems, and responsive design principles.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale and process.
Key Skills
