The UI/UX Designer will conduct user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure intuitive navigation for web and mobile applications. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and advocate for user-centric design practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough user research to understand target audience needs and behaviors.
- Analyze user feedback, behavior data, and industry trends to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups using tools like Figma.
- Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
- Develop and maintain information architecture for web and mobile applications.
- Ensure seamless navigation and intuitive user flows throughout the product.
- Produce visually appealing and consistent designs that align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to integrate visual elements into UI designs.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to validate design choices.
- Analyze usability test results and implement improvements to enhance user experience.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
- Clearly communicate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Implement inclusive design practices to enhance usability for diverse user groups.
- Keep abreast of emerging design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Integrate innovative and best practices into design processes.
- Create and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design system components.
- Provide detailed design specifications for development teams.
- Identify and address design challenges with creative and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to overcome technical and design-related obstacles.
- Advocate for a user-centric mindset within the design team and the broader organization.
- Ensure that design decisions align with both business goals and user needs.

Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
- A portfolio of design projects that showcase your skills and design process.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, InVision, Adobe XD, or other visual design and wireframing tools.
- Experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design.
- A solid grasp of user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, usability, and accessibility concerns.
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications.
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.
- A bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
