Contract Senior

A seasoned Senior Experience Designer to collaborate on digital products within a large-scale enterprise environment, focusing on user-centric design and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deliver holistic digital experiences that drive both user and business outcomes
  • Advocate for the user while collaborating with product managers to solve complex challenges strategically
  • Create user flows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and other design artifacts to define and communicate end-to-end user experiences
  • Drive a user-centric, iterative design process grounded in research, prototyping, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to cohesive visual and interaction design across products, platforms, and channels—including mobile
  • Partner with UX research to plan testing sessions and translate insights into actionable design updates
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and balance business goals with user needs
  • Facilitate and participate in collaborative design workshops—both in-person and virtual—to uncover insights and align teams
  • Present UX/UI concepts to stakeholders and teams, clearly articulating how design decisions address user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints

Requirements

  • 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, preferably in the B2B or enterprise space
  • Demonstrated experience designing consumer-facing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Online portfolio with recent case studies demonstrating end-to-end user-centered design processes
  • Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Abstract, and InVision
  • Experience designing for ecommerce or digital product environments
  • Strong knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles and related development techniques
  • Excellent time management with the ability to deliver across multiple projects and timelines
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and integrating UX within agile/scrum teams
  • Experience organizing or facilitating design workshops
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and visual presentation
  • Natural curiosity about people, design, and emerging technologies
