Independently execute designs for defined projects while collaborating with product management and engineering. Participate in UX discovery efforts and contribute to the team's collective knowledge and skills.
Responsibilities
- Independently execute designs for defined projects, leveraging user research insights and aligning closely with project goals
- Clearly communicate design decisions and rationale, working with Senior and Staff UX Designers to align stakeholders around solutions and collaborating directly with product management and engineering
- Participate in UX discovery efforts on projects, confidently executing tasks related to UX strategy and definition, such as conducting competitor audits and crafting user stories
- Proactively seek mentorship and training opportunities, contributing actively to the team's collective knowledge and skills
Requirements
- 2 – 4 years of experience in user experience design
- Bachelor’s or equivalent experience in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, or a related field
- Proficiency with Figma and low-fi collaboration tools like Miro/FigJam
- Experience with various UX research methodologies
- Ability to connect design to product strategy and user needs
- Good communication skills, capable of clearly presenting design ideas and gathering feedback across teams
- Experience in designing for enterprise-level applications, services, or platforms (specifically support or call centers) is preferred
