Senior Product Designer to join BrightWay's Servicing team, designing best-in-class digital finance experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions to customer problems on a feature level and oversee implementation.
- Maintain the quality of our product and design systems.
- Analyze data with your product manager, brainstorm solutions, and review sprint output with engineering team members.
- Prototype and test potential solutions with users.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years experience in agency, startup, or early-stage product environments designing consumer-facing digital experiences.
- Experience collaborating and working in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to turn research insights and data into design decisions.
- Experience building engaging experiences across multiple platforms (iOS, Android, Mobile web).
- Strong UX, information hierarchy, and customer journey mapping capabilities.
- Strong visual design competency and attention to detail.
- Experience utilizing a design system.
- Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts and solutions.
- Ability to prototype and communicate design intent.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Figma, Zeplin, and Jira.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
