A Senior Product Designer role at Wunderkind, crafting elegant, scalable experiences for marketers using AI-driven workflows.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship high-impact features across our platform – from core AI-driven workflows to onboarding, activation, and growth experiences that drive user adoption and time-to-value
- Collaborate closely with PMs, engineers, researchers, and stakeholders to drive clarity from ambiguity
- Design, prototype, test, and iterate using modern AI-assisted design and coding workflows
- Contribute to and evolve our design system to support scalable, high quality patterns for human/AI collaboration
- Present work to senior leadership with confidence and narrative clarity
- Advocate for inclusive design by ensuring experiences meet WCAG standards and work across devices and assistive technologies
- Mentor and collaborate with other team members to raise the bar on craft and systems thinking
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience designing and shipping complex SaaS products
- Strong examples demonstrating strategic and systems thinking across a range of SaaS design projects
- Deep expertise in Figma, prototyping tools, and experience with AI-assisted coding tools
- Strong systems thinking skills – your designs scale and adapt across user and system contexts
- Experience integrating user research and testing into design decisions
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity, turn complexity into clarity, and ship at velocity
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills – across functions and up to senior leadership
- A growth mindset around learning, improving, and working smarter without sacrificing quality
