Responsibilities

Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in product design with a focus on digital products

- Proven ability to lead complex design projects and influence senior stakeholders
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills, with proficiency in prototyping and polished execution
- Strong systems thinking and problem-solving abilities, delivering scalable and consistent solutions
- Experience with user research, design thinking, information architecture, and service design methodologies
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills for cross-functional teams
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and context switch across multiple product challenges
