As a Senior Product Designer, you will own high-impact product areas from discovery to delivery, shaping user journeys and crafting delightful UI. You will collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation and continuously test the app to identify UX/UI flaws.
Responsibilities
- Own large product initiatives end-to-end: ship the design from user insights to wireframes to shipped implementation
- Define success metrics with Product and leverage data to iterate quickly
- Raise design quality across the product: continuously test the app, identify UX/UI flaws, and propose pragmatic improvements
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure high-fidelity implementation and smooth handoffs
- Champion design quality as a first-class priority. Consistently test other apps/games and live by example on that front
- Push craft where it matters: bring strong visual design, motion, and interaction details that elevate the experience
- Apply gamification thoughtfully to drive engagement, motivation, and learning outcomes
- Drive a crisp execution rhythm: ship at a fast cadence, run structured experiments, and document clear decisions
- Partner with Product on early ideas and convert them into clear, testable designs
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in product design
- Proven B2C product experience (startup, agency, or freelance)
- End-to-end ownership: concept → UI → iteration
- Strong product sense and ability to define success metrics
- Excellent visual and interaction design skills
- Expertise in Figma and interactive prototyping
- Data-informed decision-making mindset
- Strong collaboration with Product and Engineering
Key Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in product design
