Own the mobile app design and user experience, collaborating closely with engineers, marketers, and product managers. Support and evolve the design system while iterating on designs based on user insights and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Own the mobile app design and user experience—from flows and visuals, to prototypes and interactions
- Collaborate closely with engineers, marketers, and product managers to solve UX and marketing challenges
- Turn complex ideas into clear, intuitive, and engaging interfaces
- Use insights and feedback to iterate and refine designs that balance user needs and business goals
- Support and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Work independently while staying organized, proactive, and accountable
- Provide and seek constructive feedback to help everyone grow
Requirements
- Proven experience in product design, ideally with mobile app projects
- Strong visual and interaction design skills
- Solid understanding of Figma: components, variables, and design systems
- Ability to clearly explain your design decisions to various stakeholders
- A low-maintenance, high-initiative mindset
