As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead end-to-end design efforts to overhaul a complex legacy platform, focusing on usability, design consistency, and user experience across markets.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design efforts, from discovery through to delivery
- Partner with cross-functional teams in Germany
- Advocate for user needs and push forward UX and interface enhancements
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product to deliver scalable, user-focused solutions
Requirements
- Strong experience influencing stakeholders and aligning cross-functional teams
- German and English language skills
- Proven track record delivering UX and product design work in complex environments
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Background in modernising legacy systems within enterprise-scale organisations
- Experience in B2B SaaS is highly desirable
